Check your email for an invite to Brauz iQ, our in-store app. Follow 2 easy steps to download and login to Brauz iQ using your preferred in-store device:

  1. Change your password using the link in the email.
  2. Download Brauz iQ from the App Store or Play Store

You can now login using your new password. Once you've logged in, your store will be ready to receive customer reservations.

Customer reservations are sent direct to Brauz iQ, you'll find new reservations in the New tab. You have 2 options to respond to customers:

  1. Item Ready
  2. Item Unavailable
  1. Item Ready
  2. Item Unavailable

You'll be notified of New Reservations via the app but in case you don't see it, check Brauz iQ throughout the day to respond to customers in time.

Prepare for customer reservations by seeing when customers are coming in. You'll find customers coming in for reservations in the Pending tab in Brauz iQ.

Help customers buy with confidence in-store by offering complementary items and/or alternative sizes or styles.

Finally, let us know if your customer made a purchase or not.
You can complete your reservations by actioning them from the Pending tab in Brauz iQ.
